The Czech Supreme Court banned Urbors in Blno

The High Courts of the Czech Republic satisfied the operation of prohibition services in Uber Brno, the second largest city.

The barrier was prohibited by Brno City Hall-backed taxi, which requested only a new taxi service in accordance with the law.

Uber argued that this is not a common taxi company, but the court ruled that it is.

The Court of Appeal supported Uber, but the Constitutional Court did not satisfy Tuesday's decision. The case returned to court today.

The prohibition does not extend to the capital Prague, where the ober is faced with similar allegations.
